How do all the stars and celebs get their makeup so dark?

like Taylor Swift for instance how the heck duz she get her eyeliner and eyemakeup so dark? i would love to know!!

shading is key!! Get some dark colors like from revlon's color stay collection and get an angle brush.How do all the stars and celebs get their makeup so dark?
obviously by using very dark colours.


and you can't just put eyeshadow on a naked lid and expect it to come out fierce and very pigmented. Using a base that either is sticky or using a regular base (such as Urban Decay's eyeshadow primer) and then using a small amount of that like..cream eyeshadow or whatever it is that's sticky and then putting shadow on will make it more concentrated. And eyeliner is made dark.. by just using a dark coloured liner that is pigmented properly.
they sould apply it on thick or you can put on a base and then use the little brush that comes with it idk!
