hahaha please dont wear it unless its for halloween...or a less dramatic version.
MAC. they have very bright, artistic colors. however, its pretty expensive and if you cant afford all of that, go to halloween stores or drug stores. they have SOME bright makeup. if you cant find everything youre looking for there, opt for MAC.What makeup does Jeffree Star use?

i know that he uses MAC. possibly Kryolan as well?
