Use a very light color foundation around and on eyes, follow with a yellow eye shadow. Make your eyelids a bit of a darker yellow by mixing a little brown into the yellow shadow. Well in the movies they use contact lenses to make their eyes yellow. If you don't want to do that then you should get white face paint and cover the face then use a black or darker color around the eyes.
